1. Platform Ownership

The Certisafe One platform, including its software, design, source code, logos, branding, interfaces, and all associated intellectual property, is owned by Certisafe One and protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable intellectual property laws. All rights are reserved unless expressly stated otherwise.

2. Trademarks

"Certisafe One", the Certisafe One logo, and related marks are trademarks of Certisafe One. You may not use these trademarks without prior written consent. "FIRAS" is a trademark of its respective owner and is used on this platform only in the context of referencing third-party accreditation certification.

3. User-Generated Content

You retain copyright over all content you upload to the Service, including photographs, documents, building data, and compliance records. By uploading content, you grant Certisafe One a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, display, and process that content solely as necessary to provide the Service to you and users you have authorised.

You represent and warrant that you own or have obtained all necessary rights and permissions for any content you upload, including photographs of buildings and premises, and that your use of the Service does not infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party.

4. Generated Certificates & Reports

FIRAS certificates, survey reports, and other compliance documents generated by the Service using your data are provided to you for your use. The layout and design of these documents remain the intellectual property of Certisafe One, but the data contained within them belongs to you. You may store, distribute, and share these documents as needed for compliance purposes.

5. AI-Generated Content

Indicative cost estimates and any other content generated by the Service's artificial intelligence features are provided to you for informational purposes. Certisafe One retains ownership of the underlying AI models and algorithms, while the output specific to your data is yours to use.

6. Copyright Infringement

If you believe that content on the Service infringes your copyright, please contact Base44 support through the platform with the following information: identification of the copyrighted work; identification of the allegedly infringing material and its location; your contact information; a statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorised; and a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on their behalf. We will investigate and take appropriate action, including removal of infringing material where verified.

7. Prohibited Use

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from the Service's design, code, or branding without prior written consent. Scraping, automated extraction, or reverse engineering of the platform is strictly prohibited.

8. Licence to Use the Service

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Certisafe One grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Service for its intended purpose. This licence terminates automatically upon cancellation of your subscription or breach of these terms.

9. Third-Party Content

The Service may display or link to content owned by third parties. Certisafe One does not claim ownership of third-party content and respects the intellectual property rights of others. Third-party content is used only where appropriate permissions or licences are in place.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Copyright Policy from time to time. Material changes will be notified via email or in-app notice at least 30 days before they take effect.
